I have noticed a network of link bidding websites using what I call “Bait & Switch PageRank” to lure advertisers in for nothing more than a false sense of good advertising choices. What happens a lot, is people will buy high PageRank websites that have expired/dropped or that were for sale on forums etc..

They place your link on 12 directories for placing a link on 1. They call it a 12 in 1 directory, however there is a catch (sort of) You must place a min bid of $24.00 on biddingwebsites.net , your full bid here counts on biddingwebsites.net but your bid on the other 11 directories will only count as min bids. So if you bid say $50.00 on biddingwebsites.net, your bid on the other 11 will only be whatever the min bid on that site is (usually $1-$3).  This 12 in 1 idea is a great idea on the directory owners part, and it is not  a bad deal to place your link with them
